Lely Resort
Just a short, seven-mile drive southeast from downtown Naples, you will find Lely Resort, a community where golf is a way of life. Sprawling across a verdant landscape of almost 3,000 acres, this census-designated place in western Collier County boasts no less than 54 holes of championship golf as well as a wide range of amenities.
Lely Resort’s main attractions are its three 18-hole championship golf courses, all designed by some of the most well-known names in the industry. The Mustang, designed by World Golf Hall of Famer Lee Trevino, is a challenging yet enjoyable 7,230-yard, par-72 public course that features a dozen lakes. The Flamingo Island, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is a par-72, 7,095-yard course that has established itself as one of the most beloved public courses in the region. The Classics is Lely’s private course. An immensely playable par-72, 6,714-yard course, it was designed by Grand Slam winner Gary Player.
Relax post-game at the 25,000-sq.-ft. Mediterranean style Flamingo Island & Mustang clubhouse, which has a full-service bar and casual dining options. The Classics Country Club offers members main and private dining rooms, a members’ lounge and bar, two Har-Tru tennis courts, and a fitness facility.
Lely Resort has more than three dozen different subdivisions, each with its own architectural styles, amenities, views, and overall feel. You can choose to live right by the fairways or a lake, in an attached villa or a condo, in a secluded cul-de-sac or in a village-style community.
All in all, you will find plenty to choose from in Lely Resort, where real estate runs the gamut from cozy two-bedroom coastal contemporary-style condos to rambling custom-built homes on oversized lots. Whether you’re looking for your forever home, an investment property, or a vacation home you can rely on us to help you make the right choice.
